The staff were really helpful and friendly, giving us great recommendations for places to eat and visit. the hotel was also nicely decorated and cozy, making us feel at home. Location-wise, it was in a central spot, close to all the main attractions.

The beds and pillows were too firm for our liking and the room was too hot. It was frustrating that we couldn't adjust the thermostat ourselves.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk away from the shops and restaurants. Getting around is a breeze as they provide transportation into the "no car zone". The front of the hotel offers stunning views of the majestic Matterhorn mountain. Plus, it's situated close to the center of the bustling town. The rooms are cozy and clean with a lovely bathroom, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The only downside is the lack of a fridge in the rooms.
